We work very closely with our clients in every case and often fulfil the role of interim Sales and Marketing Director. This may involve, for example, facilitating strategy implementation, delivering in-house training or standing in as face-to-face negotiator with a customer’s own clients.

In nearly all cases a situation analysis is carried out initially to determine the precise nature of a problem or to maximise the chances of realizing success with an existing marketing strategy. Depending on the wishes of the client, a proposal can be made and handed over or help can be given with implementation of that proposal. Any aspect of sales or marketing can be covered, ranging from, for example, a full company-wide long-term strategic review and implementation to a tactical objective exercise such as the launch of a new product range, increasing penetration of an existing market or improving outbound communication levels in an organisation or department.
