How We Work
We work very closely with our clients in every case
and often fulfil the role of interim Sales and Marketing
Director. This may involve, for example, facilitating
strategy implementation, delivering in-house training
or standing in as face-to-face negotiator with a customer’s
own clients.
In nearly all cases a situation analysis is carried
out initially to determine the precise nature of a problem
or to maximise the chances of realizing success with
an existing marketing strategy. Depending on the wishes
of the client, a proposal can be made and handed over
or help can be given with implementation of that proposal.
Any aspect of sales or marketing can be covered, ranging
from, for example, a full company-wide long-term strategic
review and implementation to a tactical objective exercise
such as the launch of a new product range, increasing
penetration of an existing market or improving outbound
communication levels in an organisation or department.

As an absolute rule in every case, the
approach is pragmatic, couched in plain English for
crystal clear communication and underpinned by the
delivery of measurable results.
